dc.description.abstract | Although there are tables of amino acids In foods and feeding stuffs written by authorities in the field, it is felt that there is a need for such tables appertaining to Zimbabwean conditions. As a first step to this objective a survey was undertaken to determine the amino acid cr;mtent, and its variability, of extracted soyabean meal which in this country is used as a majO'/' source of protein in feedstuffs in common with worldwide practice. The variability from batch to batch Wlm' found. t,o be very low. | en_US |
